How do Studio Credits work?

Each 2D generation uses 5 credits and each 3D generation uses 10 credits. The fixed cost appears before you confirm a run; previewing and downloading saved work does not use extra credits.

What is the difference between credit packs and subscriptions?

One-time credit packs require no subscription and their credits do not expire. Monthly and annual plans support recurring creation; their credits expire at the end of the corresponding billing period and subscriptions can be managed in Billing.

Can I request a refund?

Unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy. For billing questions, email support@opengame.app with your account email and order details.
